OnCue specialises in the provision of care-led, compliant, and scalable non-emergency patient transport services (NEPTS) to CCG’s, NHS Trusts, and other Ambulance providers.

OnCue are seeking two Operations Specialists to join their growing team.

The Job

Operational success is about good teamwork and the role is divided into three areas of competency which you will be expected to master.

Work allocation means you will be responsible for coordinating and allocating the work within the live environment to ensure that partner deadlines are achieved while incorporating ASAP work into the schedule successfully as necessary.

Work monitoring means you are responsible for monitoring all work in progress and identifying problems in advance and correcting, communicating, or escalating issues before they become problematical.

Work planning means you are responsible planning work for a future date and time. This requires you to have a thorough understanding of time and distance in order to build driver companions runs that insure we have full control over the required time windows that are the cornerstone of or agreed partner service level agreements.

Dependent on your shift timing and the business requirements you should expect that you will spend time on each of these function during a typical shift.

Skills required

You will need to be personable and have great communication skills.

You should demonstrate a willingness to be flexible, versatile and/or tolerant in a changing work environment.

You will need to have good geographical knowledge to understand and resolve any driver companion queries.

You will need to be able to think quickly to resolve issues that will arise throughout the shift to ensure that there is little or no impact on the schedule.
